Jodie Collier grew up in West Columbia and graduated from BC High School and the University of South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and worked in the power and telecommunications field. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
