EPA middle school assistant principal, Bruce Moseley, most recently served as Director of the Office of School Leadership at the South Carolina Department of Education, where he was responsible for training future and current school and district administrators.
He has also served as the Program Coordinator for the School Leadership Executive Institute, a middle level assistant principal of three South Carolina middle schools and a fifth grade teacher. He brings over thirty years of experience in education to East Point Academy. Moseley earned both his Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and Master’s in School Administration from the University of South Carolina.
Two of the schools in which Moseley served were recognized as National Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence. Mr. Moseley was named South Carolina Middle Level Assistant Principal of the Year in 2005 by the South Carolina Association of School Administrators (SCASA). Moseley also serves as the Coordinator for the South Carolina Education Policy Fellowship Program.
He and his wife, Marsha, live in Lexington.
