Whitney Foster

Whitney Foster lives in Northeast Columbia and has her Associates’s degree from Midlands Technical College. Foster worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at a Real Estate Company for 5 years before yearning for a career choice that gave her the freedom to spend more time with her family and pursue other passions. In September 2019, Foster came on board with East Point Academy. Ms. Foster always has a smile and enjoys welcoming parents and students into the building. She is always there to assist and lend a helping hand. Foster’s joy, patience, and problem-solving skills have allowed her to work well with the teachers and students of EPA. You will often hear “Ms. Foster is my favorite SUB”! When she is not assisting at the front desk, giving a tour to a new prospect substitute, or in the classroom uplifting the children, Foster can be found working on a DIY project or spending time with her family.

Patrick Flanagan

Patrick Flanagan, or ‘Mister’ Flanagan is the Registrar/Front Office at East Point Academy and the Middle School Boys Basketball Coach. A father of 6 and grandfather of 6 with his youngest son, Patrick, an Eighth grader here at EPA. Mr. Flanagan is a Retired Marine with 21 years of service and a Retired Logistics Manager for Andersen Windows in South Carolina. Mr. Flanagan has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California, San Diego. His wife Wendy is a 4K teacher at East Point. When Mr. Flanagan is not at East Point, he is having quality time with his ever-growing family.

Loretta Wooden

Loretta Wooden grew up in Myrtle Beach S.C. which is known as the ‘Sun Fun City.’ She has an Associate degree in Computer Technology and a BS in Business Administration. Before coming to East Point Loretta worked at Limestone College as a Student Services Representative. She started working at East Point Academy in October 2018 and encourages each student to make smart choices. In her free time, you can find Wooden making great memories with family and friends or scrapbooking.

Sherry Storey

Sherry Oswald Storey is the bookkeeper at East Point Academy. Sherry has an associate degree in Public Service with an emphasis in paralegal studies. She has also had the pleasure of working in the accounting field with several companies such as Oswald Wholesale Lumber and Walmart. Her duties at EPA include but are not limited to invoicing and processing payments for student accounts and vendors. She is accountable for processing, storing, and organizing financial information for the school. She takes her job seriously and is always available by email or phone to help with any questions or concerns. Sherry has been married for 32 years and has two wonderful daughters. She resides in Leesville, SC. She loves spending her free time with her family in the mountains or at the beach. She also enjoys taking care of her two Great Pyrenees, two cats, and Fliperoo- a cockatiel. She loves to read and listen to music. She is a well-rounded individual who lives with passion, dedication, and grace.

Tori Miller joined East Point Academy in 2014. Her main role is to serve as East Point Academy’s Human Resources Coordinator. She graduated from Purdue University with a Business Administration Degree, focusing on Human Resources. She also serves as East Point Academy’s Horizons After School Program Co-Director. In her free time, she enjoys helping others, spending time with her family, and traveling with her husband, Anthony. Being a part of the East Point Academy Family is so much greater than she ever could have imagined.
