Drum & Dragon

You don’t have to travel to China to see a traditional  Drum Team and Dragon Dance. You can see it right here, in West Columbia. 

If you’ve never seen a tradition Dragon Dance and Chinese Drum Team performance, your owe yourself a visit to East Point Academy. Our Drum and Dragon team is a sight to behold and can be seen at all of our cultural events.

Students explore talents in music and cultural exchanges through this unique piece of our art program that gives students a chance to dig into this exciting aspect of Chinese culture. Students perform at our Winter Arts Expo, Chinese New Year, the Columbia International Festival, Spring Art night and other community activities.
